Eng. Pierfilippo Rigon, our plant manager, spoke about our experience of collaboration with Mano Amica social cooperative during the opening of their new building: “For me and for our company, being part of a territory means first of all developing and maintaining a constant focus on the neighbourhood, associations, companies of our district and - not least - public authorities.”
The cooperative currently deals with:
- logistics and packaging of finished products
- creating samples for our customers
- recruitment of differently-abled people
“The main goal is to offer job opportunities for the disadvantaged workers” said Eng. Rigon. “Giving a person even a simple job is a great opportunity to enhance their dignity and support their achievement in society.”
