With great satisfaction we completed an important installation in Schio plant for the reduction of emissions into the atmosphere.
This new investment enables us to:
- reduce emissions of organic substances into the atmosphere below the authorised limit of 150 mg/cu.m.
- limit the consumption of methane gas thanks to the thermal recovery
The sucked air from the building industry product plant contains small quantities of VOCs - or Volatile Organic Compounds - which evaporate during processing.
Thanks to the regenerative thermal oxidation plant, the combustion of VOCs is now possible, i.e. VOCs are no longer released into the atmosphere.
This is a further step forward for the technological innovation of our plants and the protection of the environment.
