We took part as a virtuous company in the meeting promoted by Fondazione ENAC Veneto, focused on the theme of workplace inclusion beyond mere regulatory compliance.
On that occasion, we shared our concrete experience in integrating employees hired under Law 68/99, presenting a positive, structured journey built over time.
We operate in a sector that involves the use of hazardous materials and requires high safety standards. For this reason, we ensure that every person joining our company receives adequate, specific, and continuous training, in full compliance with regulations and our internal procedures.
